, we respect user privacy and are committed to protecting personal data in compliance with Meta Platform Policies.
If you have used Facebook Login, WhatsApp API, Instagram integrations, or any Meta-related services through our platform and would like your data deleted, please follow the instructions below.
How to Request Data Deletion
Users may request deletion of their data associated with our platform in either of the following ways:
Option 1 – Remove App Access from Facebook
Log in to your Facebook account.
Go to Settings & Privacy → Settings.
Click on Apps and Websites.
Locate and select the Green Ping Solutions application.
Click Remove.
Once removed, Meta may automatically notify us to delete the associated data from our systems.
Option 2 – Request Data Deletion Directly
You may also request deletion of your data directly by contacting us.

Include the following details in your request:
Your full name
Registered email address or phone number
Facebook/Instagram account details (if applicable)
Description of the deletion request
What Happens After Your Request
After verifying your request:
Your personal information associated with our platform will be permanently deleted from our active systems.
Connected Meta access tokens and permissions will be removed.
Any retained data required for legal, security, or compliance purposes will be handled according to applicable laws.
Deletion requests are generally processed within 7–30 business days.
